appears one of Imperial and not merely of local importance. I do not feel justified in present state of Colony's finances in making application as costs of appeal would probably ba heavy. Further difficulty is that all defendants were released by order of Court and are now untraceable. Service

of petition on defendants as respondents therefore impossible.
